Update 04/23/20

It is important to us that you feel comfortable using our services and that everyone remains healthy and safe so we have put some new procedures in place with regards to social distancing, etc.

Watch this short video to see how we are using social distancing at Paws.

Our team also practices safe social distancing and takes precautions by wearing masks at all times.

Please take your leashes with you as we prefer to use our own.

All instructions and payments will be given over the phone.
Everyone needs an appointment with a drop off and pick up time.

At drop off:

  1. Wait in your car and take turns if you see other customers.
  2. Wait outside the double doors with your pet until a staff member sees you.
  3. Put your “naked” pet in the vestibule and wait outside.
  4. The staff member retrieve your pet from the vestibule and bring them into the lobby.

The pick up procedure is the similar to the drop off:

  1. Wait in your car and take turns if you see other customers.
  2. Wait outside the double doors until a staff member sees you.
  3. We will put your pet in the vestibule.
  4. Retrieve your pet from the vestibule without entering the lobby.

Update 04/09/20

We have temporarily modified our lobby hours to:

Monday through Friday:
7:00am – 9:00am and
4:00pm – 6:00pm

Saturday and Sunday:
9:00am – 10:00am and
4:00pm -5:00pm

Other hours by appointment only.

We are also offering a 10% discount on Lodging or Daycare for essential workers. You can also support us by purchasing a gift certificate and through the end of April when you buy $100 worth of gift certificates you get $20 free, available to all of our valued customers!

Paws Pet Resort & Spa is committed to the health and well-being of the pets in our care, our customers and our employees. In response to concerns about the global COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to share with you what we are doing to maintain a safe and healthy environment at our facilities as we continue to serve your pet care needs.

In addition to our normal rigorous cleaning practices, we have heightened our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment. We are following the guidance of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), local health departments and government officials. We have reinforced the importance of thorough handwashing with all of our staff and instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home and contact their health professional.

At this time, we are open for business and ready to take your boarding reservations. If you are working from home, keep doggie daycare in mind as an option to keep your pets busy during the day and ready for a good night’s sleep.

We appreciate the trust that you place in Paws Pet Resort & Spa. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and take any actions necessary to help keep our clients and our staff safe, prevent the spread of this virus, and continue providing the very best pet care to our community.
