Vaccinations

Proof of up to date vaccinations is required. You must provide a copy, by fax or in person, of up to date vaccination history prior to your appointment. Your vet may be willing to fax us a copy.

For dogs we require proof of up to date:

Rabies
DHLPP, and
Bordetella

For cats we require proof of up to date:

Rabies and
FVRCP

If your pet is receiving the vaccination for the first time or if it has been a while since he or she was last vaccinated we require that the vaccination be done a week or two in advance of your visit to ensure maximum protection for your own pet as well the others in our care.

Health

All pets must be on an active flea and tick prevention program. All pets must be in good health and have not been ill with a communicable disease within the past 30 days.
